AMSTERDAM, Netherlands — Alexandra Reich will resign from ING’s Supervisory Board, effective September 1, 2026.
ING said in an emailed press release today that Reich’s departure is due to her desire to rebalance priorities. Karl Guha, chairman of the Supervisory Board of ING Group, thanked Reich for her contributions.
Board Departure
Reich was appointed to the Supervisory Board at the Annual General Meeting in April 2023. During her tenure, she served as a member of the Risk Committee, the ESG Committee, and the Technology and Operations Committee.
Guha stated, “We understand Alexandra’s decision to step down and want to thank her for her contributions to ING during the past years and wish her all the best for the future.”
