July 01 2024 09:27:52 — UBS has officially completed its merger with Credit Suisse (Schweiz) AG, resulting in the deregistration of Credit Suisse (Schweiz) AG from the Commercial Register of the Canton of Zurich.

This means Credit Suisse (Schweiz) AG no longer exists as a separate entity. UBS Switzerland AG now holds all the rights and obligations previously held by Credit Suisse (Schweiz) AG.

This merger streamlines the transition of clients and operations from Credit Suisse (Schweiz) AG to the UBS platform, adhering to specific business and client needs. While clients of Credit Suisse (Schweiz) AG are now under UBS Switzerland AG, they will temporarily continue to use existing Credit Suisse platforms and tools, unless otherwise communicated.
