Schindellegi, Switzerland — Kuehne+Nagel, the Swiss global logistics provider, Thursday proposed the election of two new members to its Board of Directors at Kuehne+Nagel International AG: Anne-Catherine Berner and Dominik de Daniel, at its upcoming Annual General Meeting on May 8, 2024.
Berner is an entrepreneur and former Minister of Communications and Transport of Finland, while de Daniel has extensive experience as a Chief Financial Officer.

Anne-Catherine Berner, a dual Swiss and Finnish citizen born in 1964, is a recognized entrepreneur and the former Minister of Communications and Transport of Finland. Her extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, including board memberships at SEB Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB, Medicover AB, and Avesco AG, as well as her involvement in various international foundations, positions her as a valuable asset to the Kuehne+Nagel board.
Dominik de Daniel, born in 1975 and holding Swiss and German citizenship, brings over two decades of financial expertise to the table. He will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer of Kuehne Holding AG starting April 1, 2024. De Daniel’s impressive track record includes serving as the Chief Financial Officer for several listed companies, such as Adecco Group AG and SGS Société Générale de Surveillance SA.
The proposed addition of Berner and de Daniel to the Board of Directors aligns with Kuehne+Nagel’s strategic vision of strengthening its global presence and enhancing its operational capabilities.
