- Heiko Schipper to Lead Unilever’s Nutrition Business Starting May 2024
London, U.K. – Unilever Friday announced the appointment of Heiko Schipper as President of its Nutrition Business Group, effective 1 May 2024.
Schipper, currently the President of Bayer Consumer Health, brings extensive experience in the global foods and nutrition industry.
Schipper’s appointment is a strategic move for Unilever, aligning with its ambitions to accelerate growth in its Nutrition business segment. With his proven track record and extensive industry experience, Schipper is expected to bring valuable insights and strategies to further establish Unilever as a leader in the global foods and nutrition space.
Heiko Schipper’s career began at Nestlé, where he spent over two decades in various sales and marketing roles across Asia. His journey at Nestlé culminated in his appointment as CEO of their global Nutrition business division in 2014. Schipper’s transition to Bayer in 2018 marked a significant phase in his career, where he has been instrumental in driving substantial performance enhancements, leading to industry-topping growth for Bayer’s Consumer Health division
