Brussels, Belgium — UCB Friday announced changes in its Board of Directors, including Fiona du Monceau transitioning to an executive role and being replaced by Charles-Antoine Janssen as Vice-Chair.
Kay Davies will take over as Chair of the Governance Committee.
Ulf Wiinberg will join the Governance Committee, and Bert De Graeve will step down from the Board. Renewals and new appointments are proposed for the Annual General Meeting.
The Board will continue to be led by Jonathan Peacock, emphasizing diversity and experience among independent members.
