Starting in September 2024
Starting in September 2024, this initiative will focus on approximately 60 students in their final years at the Paris FC Academy, covering both U19 girls and boys.
Give Me Five initiative
This program, an extension of VINCI’s Give Me Five initiative, aims to offer these young athletes insights into the business world and a variety of professional fields. The program is set to run throughout the academic year, with monthly half-day workshops designed to fine-tune students’ career plans and equip them with essential skills for their future professions.
French Education Ministry
VINCI’s Give Me Five program, created in partnership with the French Education Ministry, has been instrumental in promoting diversity and equal opportunity across France. Since its inception in 2019, over 30,000 students have benefited from the program, which includes immersive experiences in the Group’s various business areas.
Practical Skills Workshops
The collaboration with Paris FC is a testament to both organizations’ commitment to nurturing young talent and providing them with the tools they need to thrive in their chosen careers. The workshops will cover a range of topics, including field trips to VINCI Group worksites, practical skills workshops, and discussions with employees about their experiences.
This initiative is an example of the ongoing efforts by Paris FC and VINCI to empower young people and help them build successful futures.
