Basel, Switzerland — Novartis shareholders Tuesday approved all resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting, including a dividend increase, re-election of Board members, reduction of share capital, approval of non-financial reports, and compensation votes.
Shareholders also re-elected Jörg Reinhardt as Chair of the Board of Directors, and all current members of the Board, for one year.
The meeting had a 53.65% shareholder representation. KPMG AG was elected as the auditor for the upcoming financial year. Novartis is an innovative medicines company aiming to improve lives globally.
