August 27 2024 06:06:45 UTC– Ocado and Coles have launched Customer Fulfilment Centres in Australia, using advanced technology to enhance customer experience in grocery ecommerce in Melbourne and Sydney.

The CFCs aim to improve freshness, order accuracy, and product range for online shoppers. Operations have started, with plans to transition more deliveries to the CFCs in the future.

Ocado now operates 25 CFCs globally.
