Allianz SE Extends Board Tenures of Boshnakova and Thallinger Through 2029

Munich, Germany — The Supervisory Board of Allianz SE Wednesday announced the extension of the mandates of board members Sirma Boshnakova and Günther Thallinger until December 2029, subject to customary regulatory approvals.

Boshnakova, responsible for the insurance business of the group in Western and Southern Europe, Allianz Direct, and Allianz Partners, joined the board in 2022.

Thallinger, overseeing Investment Management and Sustainability, has been a part of the board since 2017.

The renewal of their mandates until 2029 underscores the Supervisory Board’s confidence in their abilities to navigate the company through the evolving landscape of global finance and insurance.
