1,000 Global Leaders Will Convene to Tackle Inequality, Energy, and Collaboration Challenges
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia — This Sunday, amid escalating geopolitical tensions and complex economic challenges, the World Economic Forum (WEF) is hosting a Special Meeting in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, from April 28 to the 29th. The forum aims to facilitate constructive dialogue and develop sustainable solutions to the pressing issues facing the world today.
Building upon the success of last year’s Growth Summit in Switzerland, this meeting will bring together 1,000 leaders from 92 countries across government, business, and civil society. The agenda is centered around three thematic pillars: Inclusive Growth, Energy for Development, and Global Collaboration.
The event, sponsored by His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, will feature prominent global figures including US Secretary of State Antony Blinken and IMF Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva, among others.
The public can engage with the forum through live-streamed sessions available online, covering a range of topics from global development visions to sustainable energy transitions.
