GENEVA, Switzerland — Compagnie Financière Richemont SA today announced the appointment of Anton Rupert as Non-executive Co-Deputy Chairman of its Board of Directors.
The appointment is effective immediately, Richemont said in an emailed press release today. Mr. Rupert will serve alongside Bram Schot, who was appointed Non-executive Deputy Chairman in 2024 and will continue in his role as Non-executive Co-Deputy Chairman.
Leadership Structure
The two Non-executive Co-Deputy Chairmen will have complementary responsibilities. Anton Rupert will oversee matters related to the Maisons' Strategic Product and Communications Committee. This role aims to ensure continuity in the Group's creative and commercial direction.
Bram Schot will assume responsibility for Board and Committee-related governance matters. His remit includes coordinating the Board's committees and the Group's corporate governance framework.
