Strategic Restructuring
The establishment of the Hyderabad hub is part of a broader strategy to enhance value creation and ensure digital service delivery on competitive terms. According to the company, the location was chosen for its cost-efficiency and ability to enable faster and leaner service delivery. This strategy also involves standardizing the company’s digital portfolio to focus on areas that generate the most value for its core businesses.
These initiatives are accompanied by structural changes within the Global Digital Services division, which aims to significantly reduce its global workforce by 2030. The company also plans to reduce the total number of sites where its digital specialists are located.
