• Givaudan Reports 5.1% Sales Growth for 2025, Announces Board and Executive Changes
GENEVA, Switzerland – Givaudan on Thursday announced its 2025 full-year results, reporting sales of CHF 7.472 billion, alongside significant changes to its Executive Committee and Board of Directors.

The Swiss fragrance and flavour manufacturer reported a 5.1% like-for-like sales increase for the full year of 2025, reaching CHF 7.472 billion. The company stated that it exceeded all financial ambitions for its 2021-2025 strategic planning period. In a separate announcement, Givaudan detailed several leadership changes, including two retirements from its Executive Committee and the departure of its Chairman from the Board of Directors.
Financial Performance in 2025
For the fiscal year, Givaudan’s sales increased by 0.8% in Swiss francs compared to 2024. The company’s EBITDA reached CHF 1.751 billion, with a comparable EBITDA margin of 24.2%. Free cash flow was reported at CHF 1.053 billion, representing 14.1% of sales.
CEO Gilles Andrier commented on the strong performance, noting it was achieved against strong prior year comparables and in a volatile external environment. He credited the results to the company’s position in supporting customer growth and the dedication of its employees.
Leadership Transitions
Effective April 1, 2026, Fanny Iglesias will be appointed Chief Legal & Compliance Officer and join the Executive Committee, succeeding the retiring Roberto Garavagno. On May 1, 2026, Christina Yeo will become Head of Givaudan Business Solutions & IT and a member of the Executive Committee, replacing Anne Tayac, who is also retiring.

At the upcoming Annual General Meeting on March 19, 2026, current Chairman Calvin Grieder and Board member Tom Knutzen will not stand for re-election. The Board of Directors will propose the election of Ester Baiget, President and CEO of Novonesis, as a new member.
