AMSTERDAM, The Netherlands – Global semiconductor company STMicroelectronics announced Monday that it has repurchased 206,478 of its own shares for a total of €3.95 million.

The transactions, which took place on the Euronext Paris exchange between November 24 and November 25, 2025, were executed at a weighted average price of €19.1345 per share.

According to the company, the buyback was conducted to meet obligations arising from employee share option programs and other share allocations to staff and management. The repurchase is part of a larger program approved by shareholders on May 22, 2024.

Following these transactions, STMicroelectronics now holds 22,535,661 treasury shares, representing approximately 2.5% of its total issued share capital. The company confirmed the buyback complies with the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) 596/2014
