PARIS, France – The French multinational corporation Saint-Gobain has completed the divestment of two of its construction material distribution businesses, SFIC Belgium and Tumelero in Brazil.
The company announced it had finalized the sales in November and December 2025.
The sale of SFIC Belgium, a distributor specializing in plasterboard, insulation, and ceiling materials, was finalized on November 3. The business operates a network of 10 branches across Belgium, generating approximately €75 million in annual sales with 123 employees.
On December 1, Saint-Gobain also completed the divestment of Tumelero, a retail chain for construction materials with a strong presence in southern Brazil.
