September 05 2024 11:36:43 UTC– E.ON and IAA TRANSPORTATION organized the first eTruckathon with twelve teams showcasing electric and hydrogen trucks on a 300km route.
Leading industry players participated in the event to demonstrate the practicality of eco-friendly heavy goods transport. The participants in the first eTruckathon include teams from renowned companies such as Daimler Truck, DB Schenker, DHL, Elflein Transport & Logistik, FAUN, Fiege, Gruber Logistics, Hyundai, Hylane, MAN, Renault and Trailer Dynamics.
The results will be presented at the IAA TRANSPORTATION event to promote sustainable mobility solutions.
