TotalEnergies and SINOPEC partner to produce sustainable jet fuel at a SINOPEC refinery in China. The collaboration aims to develop a unit producing 230,000 tons of Sustainable Aviation Fuel annually from local waste. SINOPEC brings its SRJET technology, while TotalEnergies contributes expertise. Both companies focus on low-carbon solutions, with TotalEnergies targeting 1.5 million tons of SAF production by 2030.
